Wanted to share my great experiences with this store. I've gotten amazing service every time, and today was even better. The young lady who helped me (I did not catch her name but she was working there at noon on 1/5/23) went above and beyond. Asking me questions, offering me options, being incredibly helpful. It made for an overall perfect customer experience and solidified my opinion that this is the best vape shop in the Portland area.

I have given this shop so many chances it’s not even funny. They continuously sell me the wrong coils. To the point that I got a new tank from them, specifically so it would be easier for them to give me the right coils. The man assured me at least 10 times the coils would work, guess what? They don’t fit the brand new tank. The workers just have zero idea what they’re doing here. I would go somewhere, anywhere else.
