I mainly purchase CBD for my 2 dogs as they have anxiety but I do occasionally order for myself, been a customer for years and very satisfied, had to call today great customer service, very happy!

Shipping has gone downhill, used to get orders in 5 days now I am still waiting on an order from 9 days ago and customer service has stopped responding to emails after they advised me to just pay 18 for upgraded shipping which I cannot afford to do. Out of stock on a lot of items lately also, had to change what I took due to a bad batch of capsules making me really sick for a few days, now Out of tincture I take because good Ole usps is making a game out of moving delivery all around me but not delivering it to me. It's been to 4 different Post offices in my area and I still can't get it.
