The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist customers. The prices are also reasonable, making it a great place to shop for all your needs.

This really should be a bad review with only one ⭐. I was in the store an hour and a half ago and bought a bag of Red River menthol tobacco and when I opened the bag it was extremely dry. I have been rolling cigarettes for years and have never encountered a bag this dry. The bag must have spent months or even years in that store to become as dry as it is. I called the gentleman that works there and sold it to me and he said he would replace it. I really appreciate him doing that because I didn't get a receipt. I will continue to only shop at Loud Cloudz from now on for my tabbacco.
