Been going here for years & years. Never had any issues with flavor, selection, etc. Yesterday, I had to “return” a bad vape for the first time ever. The lead budtender listened to my issues & was very understanding. He fixed the situation & got me a disposable option that was much better. Top tier service if you ever run into any problems. Will continue going here.

Hello, I’m writing this post with respect and transparency, not to accuse or defame anyone. I’ve been a regular customer of your stores for over two years. I don’t buy in large quantities, but I buy consistently, and I’ve always had good experiences — great prices and excellent customer service. This is actually the first time I’ve ever visited this specific location. A few days ago, I purchased two cartridges. When I got back to my vehicle, I noticed that one of the two containers did not have a security seal, while the other one did. I found it strange, but I assumed it may have been opened to show the product and then put back. Four or five days later, I opened the cartridge that did have the security seal, and that’s when I noticed something concerning:
• The two cartridges are completely different from each other
• The internal structure, external hardware, and even the mouthpiece material and texture are different
• They don’t look like the same product at all At this point, it feels uncomfortable not knowing exactly what I’m using, where it came from, who manufactured it, or what the actual contents are. Again, I want to be very clear:
I am not trying to damage the reputation of the store. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I genuinely believe this could be a mistake rather than something intentional. What I’m asking for help with is simple:
👉 Which of these two cartridges is the legitimate one, and which one should I discard due to unknown origin? My only concern is safety. I want to stop using the cartridge of questionable origin. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate any guidance or clarification you can provide. Edit: Okay Leila, I just went to the store like you told me, and what they told me was, yes, they make them differently. I think they could have told me that here, which was my goal, and just thrown away the defective one. But no, they made me drive 28 minutes all the way here, just to tell me, "That's how it works, yes, it's all fine." Now I have a 28-minute drive back home for nothing.

I had a disappointing experience here recently. I was double-charged for a purchase, and when I brought it up, I was only offered a penny discount instead of a proper refund. On top of that, their Dutchie points system got messed up because I entered my email instead of my phone number when placing online orders and instead of helping fix it, they basically left it as-is. I used to order online regularly, but this combination of billing errors and loyalty point issues really put me off. As someone with industry experience, this kind of handling is surprising and frustrating. Transparency and good customer service matter and this visit definitely missed the mark. Advice to future customers: Make sure you check your receipt before leaving the door, and double-check that the budtender puts the correct product in your bag because once the sale is final, fixing mistakes can be a hassle.

I’ve gone to dispensaries all over the valley and this was the most underwhelming and lame experience of them all. Once I got passed the fact that they couldn’t actually do what they told me they could when I called yesterday, ours sales person was less then helpful. (I spoke to someone on 12/09 at 4:44 for our specific need, maybe you can pull the recording. Phone call was 1 minute long) We didn’t know what we wanted and the most he could offer was “well do you want to take it during the day or to sleep?” Nothing more, nothing less. Just complete lack of help. We had a budget and we had instructions “just pick good stuff.” Seems like the worlds easiest sale. I finally just called my husband after almost buying multiple packages of the same strain. Just to be told there’s zero chance he wants all of that same stuff. Get a xyz specific variety. He was so uninterested that you would have thought he only wanted to sell us the “wyld” brand of sativa. I reccomend going anywhere else. I will be taking my business back to The Dispensary. And my friend who’s first time at a dispensary was less then stellar. At least they don’t act like I’m hindering their day. (It was NOT busy in there) Register 6. Customer service lame. Manger. Lame. All around never again. Thanks for reading.

I ride my bike up there all the time and they're so nice they let me park it in the AC so it doesn't turn into a 200° piece of metal. Great store, great selection and even has a drive-thru.

Shout out to the big girl that works in the PM for her great attitude. Y’all should send her home for the day if she doesn’t want to be there. I tried paying with some ones but she wasn’t too happy about it and stated all the dollar bills needs to be facing up so her drawer can look pretty. Your customer service sucks !!! Don’t be mad cause you hungry

The Henderson location was my #1 spot I coveted. Not any longer. Your staff makes the experience very awkward and regrettable. I will be going to the Warm Springs location from here on out.

McKenna (purple hair) was 1000% AMAZING, and SO CUTE. Knows her stuff! Being from Colorado, we expected the prices to be higher than what we're used to, and they were! But BOY did I have a blast! I wasn't even paying attention to the price at the register LOL she did her best to navigate the 4/20 specials to pick out what I could get for the best price AND I got a free roulette spin for spending so much!! I became instant BFFs with the staff! LOL there was a GORGEOUS red-head who seemed to be a manager maybe? that was jamming out to Spice Girls- listen its a great time here!! (ps. I couldn't find a Facebook page to tag you in, so if you find me on there, it's Chasing The Summits, we have a public facebook page)
