I left the review, because it is my experience.I received a bad product, not as a one time customer but I have only bought from you since I switched. I have no memory of a time I’ve seen or been informed of your policy on returning defective products. However to me this policy should be in existence to prevent you from abusive behavior from clients who want something for free and fraudulently attempt to steal products, common sense is that wasn’t my intention and the business is customer service, I don’t see how this can be worth the loss of my business. One month, 4 bottles, 1-2 packs of coils depending..your profit covered the swapped bottle and then you could contact distributor and negotiate the situation, that’s why I the consumer would purchase from you, convenience…..you could retain the client, and enforce your policy on those customers who are not profitable…doing me that way was not the best solution….that’s my point and you would rather not help a customer in common sense and offer me half of your profit off the next purchase….but I’m supposed to eat the original product…..either way, my prayers are with you as well, i appreciate yours.
“Dealt with this guy for quite awhile ……. Get the same juice and coils consistently….picked up a frozen fruit monster black cherry and it immediately didn’t taste correct, no flavor or nicotine . I took it back to exchange it and the owner tells me that he does not refund or exchange any products after explaining to him that I have been buying this juice for quite some time from him and that he was welcome to try some, but it was not right He offered me a percentage off of my next purchase instead of just swapping out the bottle for the correct product …..horrible Business tactics And customer service and I even knew I could order the stuff cheaper on online, but wanted to deal with local small business I will not do business with him ever again and urge others to purchase elsewhere”
