I usually have a great experience at Origins. Today, I was having trouble with the online ordering app confirming my order via text or the follow up screen, so when I got to the shop at my pickup time 6:00 I decided to not go into the online order line. I was greeted by two friendly employees during happy hour, then got rang up by an employee I had never seen before. Their tone was a little passive as they mentioned my online order had gone through, and immediately wanted to see my ID after I explained I was having trouble with the order’s confirmation. They were about to charge me full price for my order until I mentioned the happy hour sale that was going on afterwards.

I’m 22 years old and am visiting from Utah. Came in today with my dad wanting to buy something. First guy at the door thought my ID was fake. He asked another worker who barely looked at it and also said no good. They took it back to the manager for another opinion, and brought it back to me heavily creased down the middle. It will now cause me issues at other places. Going to need a new one. This is the current and most recent UT drivers license, which is 100% legit, and they destroyed it. Need to educate staff and apparently managers on out of state IDs, and also not to destroy people’s stuff. Edit: We called and spoke to another manager, and she handled the situation well saying that she’d educate the staff on their screw-up. And gave us a coupon.

I came in to origins last night for the first time and had a great experience. Amanda was a very sweet and knowledgeable helper. I told her my budget and she picked out really great products for me. The budtender you get can really make a world of difference in the shopping experience. Even though it didn’t look like a ma&pa shop, it felt homey like one. Would recommend!

i have been coming here more often because i always have such a good experience. Amanda has been helping me a lot. she is so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable to recommend products for my pain management! i recently got knee surgery and everything she’s given me has helped me so much. More shops should have the knowledge the workers here have ❤️

I love coming here because of the fun and caring personalities of the workers. Even when they are understaffed they are always helpful and attentive with my needs while keeping everything moving quick. Amanda normally helps me out, she definitely knows her stuff and is extremely nice! Thank you guys!!!
