I usually have a great experience at Origins. Today, I was having trouble with the online ordering app confirming my order via text or the follow up screen, so when I got to the shop at my pickup time 6:00 I decided to not go into the online order line. I was greeted by two friendly employees during happy hour, then got rang up by an employee I had never seen before. Their tone was a little passive as they mentioned my online order had gone through, and immediately wanted to see my ID after I explained I was having trouble with the order’s confirmation. They were about to charge me full price for my order until I mentioned the happy hour sale that was going on afterwards.
