Really liked coming here up until today. In the past they’ve allowed bogo using points. Suddenly it changed and won’t give me a reason why. The girl with the glasses and curly hair was always so nice. I don’t know what changed. I won’t be back.

Lydia has been super helpful over the past few months regarding my points not syncing up with my account. They have even given me 2 free items, along with another item discounted at 90%, for the inconvenience.

They didn't have to do that, but it goes to show how respectful and kind not only Lydia has been, but the other girls I have dealt with since becoming a customer.
