I want to start out that I have not been into Roll it smoke shop in a minute due to a crazy life going on. But got to admit going in the other day and being greeted by Anna was like there was never a gap in going in. Anna has a great personality, very customer oriented, and goes above an beyond for all her guests that come in. Every time I have come in no matter if there is another customer in the store she gets us all talking/laughing and it’s like we’re all a family there. I went in not sure what exact product I wanted and she showed me different options and gave me choices. She was not pushy, aggressive, or disrespectful with my undecided brain lol. Not only that but she cared about the appearance of the store and made sure it was in great shape for customers to walk into. Floors/counters/ and cases were all spectacular! Kudos to her for all the up keep! Thank you so much Anna for all you do! I will keep coming to Roll it smoke shop for all I need.

Very Rude sales clerk, he said he was the owners son when I asked to speak to the owners. Due to a bong I bought 2 months ago, that had a manufacturing defect and the son kept telling me I did buy it there because they don’t sell bongs for 180 dollars, so I showed him which pipe it was {he had one on the shelf}. He said just it was only 95 dollars. Do I was over charge for a manufactured defective pipe. And the RUDE SON did not care to keep me as a customer. I have recommended this shop to people. NEVER AGAIN!! THIS SHOP IS A FRAUD! Very poorly made pipes and bongs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

if you are hispanic or black owners are extremely racist towards anyone of color walked in with my boyfriend who is black got treated with attitude and disrespect didn’t even get a greeting and told we were limited to 1 pack of tobacco wraps per customer when wanting to purchase a case of backwoods but a white male whom walked in behind us was greeted and welcomed and seem to walk out with his 2 packs of cigarettes just fine no issues .. we are in 2024 and the racism has to stop especially when we attempted to spend money at a neighborhood smoke shop

So I came into this smoke shop because my girlfriend used to live by here and she really enjoys the quality of a couple of their products. And I happen to be no longer living in the city the smoke shops located in. But I was down here taking care of some things. And decided to go ahead and come in here and pick up a couple of those items that my girlfriend had spoken so highly about and from the second I walked into the store the clerk a heavy set white guy. Ask me immediately how he could help me which you know is appreciated to be engaged fast and I asked him a question about a particular product that you said he didn't have and I said okay. I asked him a question about another product that he said he didn't have. I said okay man you got to start helping me out here you're two for two jokingly rather than the guy a little bit. And he proceeded begin lecturing me about how they're a small smoke shop and if things aren't requested by six or more people they don't simply carry it. So I asked for the products that I know that they do carry but I asked for them by the price of the items in the general description of the item rather than the specific actual item. Because I didn't quite know what the name of that particular item was. So the clerk immediately produced the cheapest version of the item that I was trying to describe and I said no man that's not what I want there are the four dollar items and he's like well this is literally the cheapest ones I have and I'm like I didn't ask you for the cheapest ones man I'm asking for a specific one that I was recommended to come here to get if the price changed that's okay and he's like yeah well it's five dollars now for that item and I said that's fine I'll take four of them and he says then oh would you like those individually wrapped and I'm like yeah I would prefer that so that they don't break being in the same bag at which point he let out an exasperated gasp of air and began bagging up my items and proceeded to give me a total and I said okay am I done shopping here or may I continue to look at some other things he's like oh yeah well yeah you can look. So I start browsing hoping maybe I'll find something else that I would like to add to my order. At which point demand it reengages me again after literally 5 seconds of me looking and says is there anything else I can help you with or are you all set! I return that with yeah I mean I'm all set I'm all set I'll go ahead and get out of your way obviously you're not trying to sell items in here. So he rings my total 22 and some change I give him $25 he says out of 25 I said no keep the change. And he says oh really are you sure and I'm like yeah I'm pretty sure and I show him a stack of mini bills I have in my pocket! At which point I let him know that I probably would have spent more of this there had he allowed me to actually shop in the store! If you're looking for the QT experience and you want to be in and out in 2 seconds flat I highly recommend this smoke shop if you like to go to a smoke shop and check out new things and learn about new devices and what's going on in the industry do not go to this smoke shop cuz this guy is not that guy he could care less about explaining anything about any of his products or even allowing you to look at them before making a purchase! The gentleman acted like he actually preferred by not being in the store several times making noises that are indicative of somebody who's put out or exasperated by dealing with you! I would overall say that I would skip this smoke shop if I was looking for any kindb of customer care or consideration I would never go here again! I don't know if this gentleman's the owner or an employee but if he was an employee I would fire him cuz when I did check out and left him a $4 tip I showed him a stack of $3,000 I had my pocket that I would have gladly have spent some of in that shop had he allowed me to do so and not rudely and repeatedly asked me if I was all set yet! Negative five stars!
