I want to start out that I have not been into Roll it smoke shop in a minute due to a crazy life going on. But got to admit going in the other day and being greeted by Anna was like there was never a gap in going in.

Anna has a great personality, very customer oriented, and goes above an beyond for all her guests that come in.

Every time I have come in no matter if there is another customer in the store she gets us all talking/laughing and it’s like we’re all a family there.

I went in not sure what exact product I wanted and she showed me different options and gave me choices. She was not pushy, aggressive, or disrespectful with my undecided brain lol.

Not only that but she cared about the appearance of the store and made sure it was in great shape for customers to walk into. Floors/counters/ and cases were all spectacular! Kudos to her for all the up keep!
