I just left the store and I am reporting the General Manager 'Jack'...I was discussing my displeasure with lack of supply and computer issues with the 2 gentlemen salesman. The gentleman were nodding in agreement with me and understood my frustration. I did not curse, raise my voice and no other customers were in store. my complaint was 1. Never supply available anymore and 2. No computer website available to order.. Legit Complaints.
This man tells me not to talk to his employees disrespectfullyand I asked who he was . He identified himself and then turned his back so I could not see his ID ...I told him I was not being rude or disrespectful and he disagreed , the 2 employees are looking at me shaking their head no disagreeing with him. I told him I was reporting him and he stated he didn't care and I can take my business elsewhere. I was not rude or ugly and he was not needed to interfere with my conversation with other employees.
Why would a person who is supposed management say they didn't care I reported them or want to cost the company....money telling me I can go elsewhere .. I will and can go elsewhere. This man is on a power trip BEWARE when and if you shop here ...
