I've been getting house vape juice here since moving to the area in 2017. They are all so chill and laid back. Some things are a little pricey but what isn't anymore?

A place to go to get ripped off.

The worse experience I've ever had when I came to buying mods or vape juice. The manager of the store has got to be the rudest salesman or manager I've ever dealt with. It's the girl with the black hair and nose ring. Reading through the reviews the 1 standing problem with this place is this woman. She is mentioned over and over again for her rudeness and lack of customer service. I've purchased 2 different mods from this place, and both have broken within a week. Both times, I was denied a simple exchange for a working mod. I paid with my credit card and brought the boxes and mods back I didn't have my receipts but they can look in their system to verify the purchase, plus an employee there verified that I had purchased the item. Both times, I was told sorry you're missing a piece from the box, so we can't simply grab another box. Swap out the mod for 1 that works and let me be on my way. Instead, I was told sorry if you don't like it to get out, and I was also told no vape store will replace a broken item. When I asked for the owners info to contact him about this issue, I was just told no, he doesn't want to deal with problems in his store. What kind of owner doesn't want to deal with customers at this point who feel like their store has ripped someone off? I promise I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau.
