I had a very poor experience today when purchasing a 510 battery from this smoke shop. I bought a black version of the battery and brought it home to use, the battery wouldn’t work and I read to return to retailer if not working to replace as it is not uncommon for these to have issues. I went back and exchanged for a red one and went home to use and it was doing the same thing. I tested the cartridge with other batteries I have and it worked fine. I went back here to get a refund and the employee accused me of bringing in a used battery and trying to scam the shop. I have friends who shop there quite frequently who will not be going back based on the poor customer service I received all over a $10 battery.

Mon 2/6//23. The mature man that was working there wasn't as friendly as the others that work there. (He had grayish hair). He didn't smile at all... And wasn't up for suggestions. I think I have seen him before there but... Idk, maybe he was having a rough day...? I was having a hard day because we had to unplug the life support on my little brother the day before (Last Sun 2)5/23).
All of the others employees are friendly and smile at you and make you feel like you're important.
Please don't be too hard on him cuz he may have been having a hard day...
I'm kind before I'm crabby... Although I can have a bad day also...
But I try to be extra kind on my bad days cuz it tends to make my 'rough day reasons' not so important...
Anyone who is crabby, snappy, impatient, or just mean... and those who do not pay rent in my head... They do not deserve to decide what my day is going to be like.
