Awesome, awesome, awesome service. Viktoria did an amazing job at helping us out and going above and beyond to find exactly what we needed and even upselled some. My mom and I came from out of town, Chicago, not knowing much of anything and she definitely helped us out :) will be back for sure ! Thank you so much Viktoria !

Let’s address the biggest issue. They don’t know their products except for Tana she’s probably the only one there that knows how to run a smoke shop. They have poor selection, inconstant supply, lack of experience and half of these employees don’t know what they are selling. No wonder this is a slow shop, they offer nothing but rudeness and waste of time. Sad thing is is that before Brandy these used to be really great stores, since she’s been there I’ve steady seen a decline in quality and customers. That’s just what I’ve seen
