This review is long overdue. Our neighborhood is so very lucky to have Sōlace. When they opened up, I lived right around the corner. I was able to easily switch all my prescriptions over. The shop itself is lovely and so inviting, especially compared to many of the chain pharmacies in the area. I also got my second covid vaccine and boosters there and it was a wonderful experience. Marcus and Jamaal are always friendly and make it a point to remember their customers. They promptly answer the phone and patiently answer questions. I am grateful for Sōlace!

I thought I was going to experience a level of professionalism. I called today for my meds, and the guy who picked up was just like, “I don’t know!” That’s not an answer you give someone looking for their meds at your pharmacy! When I asked for an estimated time, he was lackadaisical, saying, “Yeah, I don’t know.” 🤷🏿 How do you run a business and tell someone you don’t know? He mentioned something about it “generating” or some other word he used! I’m annoyed and frustrated. 😣 That’s not how you handle a new customer.

Handling a customer properly requires a blend of professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. When a customer reaches out, the first step is to acknowledge them promptly, listen actively, and show empathy. If you don’t know the answer to a question, you should admit it but also commit to finding out and following up. Vague answers like “I don’t know” are unacceptable. Instead, be proactive by offering solutions or alternatives if there’s a delay or issue. It’s crucial to follow through on promises and make the customer feel valued throughout the interaction.

I was with CVS and had expressed my frustration with them. They assured me to transfer my meds and were sweet as pie 🥧 when receiving me as a new client. Now that I’m here, it’s IDK 🤷🏽‍♀️ … UNACCEPTABLE and incompetent customer service.
