I regret to inform that my experience at this vape store was far from satisfactory. The customer service, particularly from the white manager on duty at 7:00 PM on 11/9, left much to be desired. I visited the store to address an issue with a vape I purchased on 9/6, which had begun to malfunction – emitting noises and heat, reminiscent of those alarming TikTok videos. My concerns were met with a dismissive attitude. The manager took an inordinate amount of time to "investigate" the issue, only to return with a warning that any recurrence would be deemed my responsibility. This insinuation that I might have tampered with the product on purpose was both insulting and unprofessional. With an abundance of vape stores in the vicinity, I see no reason to patronize a place that offers such poor service and defective products……
