Pretty bad experience at this place. First of all the staff asks for tips, which is fine, but all they ever do is just ring me out. My most recent experience was so disappointing however. I show at 6pm today, a Monday, when they’re supposed to be open, and there’s a sign on the door that says “Theyll be back in 10 mins.” Which is annoying, but fair enough. I decide to wait and well over 45 mins go by before anyone shows up. I saw 2 cars pull up, wait, and leave in that time span. I don’t understand why they’d cost themselves business like this. I tried calling, no luck. This is poorly managed and yeah, I was a sucker for waiting I suppose, but it’s business hours. Don’t recommend this place at all anymore. I called another store who contacted the district manager. I learned they have a 30 minute window where they can do this, so beware. And again, that’s all fine, but this was a 50 min wait!!! It’s honestly unbelievable that they’d do this.

Loved this spot. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, engaging & cordial. Reasonably priced and they take pride in helping customers find the right match for whatever may ail them.

Every time I’ve stopped by has been wonderful, but last night stood out so much I had to leave a review. Was having an awful day yesterday and stopped by for a coffee. Staff were incredibly sweet and patient, and even gave me the coffee for free unprompted. Made my entire day and will definitely be returning as much as possible. To whoever was brewing last night, thank you!!

Wonderful! I’ve been in a few times already and love the environment and staff! The bakery selection is delicious and they have many regular baked goods without CBD if wanted! I didn’t snag a picture of it, but the cinnamon rolls are AMAZING!!

I am so excited to have found this place! It is such a cool space to hang out in, and they have so many wonderful products. Allie was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to- she answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations. She really went above and beyond and helped make it such a fun experience! Will definitely be going back :)

I was so surprised by the welcoming furnishings and decor and impressed by the knowledge of the staff. Allie answered all of my questions and made sure we had an experience to remember. She brightened our day, for sure! The coffee was delicious, and I can’t wait to check out their events like Open Mic comedy nights. Holistic Connection is way more than a legal cannabis store.

Moved here from Colorado and this dispensary does it right. Great product and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a great experience, only place to go in TN

I was disappointed that I couldn't return some product but their policy of "no returns" is clearly posted, so the fuss I made was INAPPROPRIATE and I apologize to the owners and the manager on duty who deserves a big shout-out for maintaining the rules and her cool. My bad. Please forgive me and all the best.
