Purchased a tank to go along with my existing battery. Began using the new tank about 5 months after purchase. After using the tank for about 2 weeks it started to leak. I returned to the store and was told the coil might be going bad and I should replace. Bought a 3 pack of coils and spent the next 3 days (Fri,Sat, & Sun) swallowing e-liquid. Returned to the store the next business day to see what was up. I was told by the owner that his pens never leak and he has been using them for years. Was told that I was the problem because I was pulling to hard. Tried to explain to the gentleman that no matter how hard or lightly I pulled, the device was still leaking. Offered no help and continued to tell me how it was my fault and not the any fault of the product. I left and choose to take my future business to any and all local competitors. When you own a small business, taking care of pleasant customers who are willing to continue to spend their money in your establishment after a problem is key to the success of any business. Treating customers like you are above them, and not working with them patiently and professionally to resolve their issues is a sure fire way to guarantee unhappy customers who will tell others in their community about their poor experience and discourage others from doing business with that location. It is sad that this happen after previous positive visits. Hopefully for the sake of the businesses other customers, this unprofessionalism that I experienced will change soon.

Very nice and friendly staff. I was new to vaping and had visited of couple of places where I felt pressured and clueless. They took the time to help me understand what they were recommending and why. Very knowledgeable and more juices than any of the other places I visited.
