I've been going here for about a year and I have ZERO complaints! The staff is always very welcoming and helpful and make it feel like your family. I've also never had a bad product or experience from this location! Definitely 10/10💯 Today my bud tender was Hanna at Trinity Cannabis on University in Peoria,IL. She was beyond helpful...was prompt on making sure I was helped instantly...made great conversation and was overall a great employee! I love Trinity on University💚

It was a strange experience, oncologist suggested medical cannabis. Explained symptoms to young girl I was experiencing and pain trying to control. Disappointed received no pain relief, friend of a friend had another type of balm she used and it worked wonders! I was relying sales girl knowledge as I had no product info, I’m elderly, it was all Greek to me! I was very disappointed that I spent $100.00 and was then charged an extra $5.00 because I paid with Debit card! I don’t think this was fair since I had a medical card. Everyone there was very polite though, maybe just a misunderstanding, I don’t know. Will go back because of location and be a little more assertive.
