Trulieve Fernandina employees are always friendly and helpful. I have had numerous questions and if the person I'm dealing with at that time doesn't know they find out while I'm standing there. I always feel respected and appreciated at this location.

Trulieve Fernandina Beach is the best dispensary in the Jacksonville area. The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I am in and out in a flash and always have great deals to fit my budget needs. Shout out to the entire crew at Fernandina for making my shopping experience fun!

The staff is great and very friendly and informative. The wait isn't as bad as it used to be, And their flower has gotten a lot better in all their brands. Their weed has really improved over the last year. Keep up the good work!

I wrote a bad review a long time ago because I was consistently disappointed by their stock, wait times, and website. Since then, they've really improved. They have really gotten the hang of getting people in and out and fulfilling orders quickly. Staff are always great. I'm definitely impressed with this location's growth.

Called, asked for mgr, was on way in, with work schedule, and as letting them know I’d be arriving at 8:27, hit traffic light pulled in at 8:29. They locked doors. I walked up and even asked, bc after being on phone with supervisor upon the drive, was told was at stores discretion as long as medicine could be dispensed before 9 legally. I use my medical for medicinal purposes only. Will be four days before I’ll be able to make it back, and now will be out of medicine for that long bc they couldn’t take three minutes out of the time and make a discretionary decision to accommodate their patient. I always leave excellent tips and to point really thought Trulieve was best dispensary, but this now makes the fourth time for this location at Fernandina beach a horrible one. They pick and choose bc I’ve seen them let in people after doors have been closed and locked, especially spouses and family. It’s not fair. Unfortunately I’ll have to come back as this is the closest location to my place of living, but over all Trulieve, you have been known to be better, do better, act better and the fact that y’all couldn’t accommodate one minute time difference when I was actually two minutes early is a very big letdown and even bigger disappointment, because all in all it would have taken three minutes to dispense my medics as it was a pick up order, cash in hand, and yall just wanted to say no. Shame on yall, and they should hire new people to run this location, prior to moving here have never dealt with such Insubordinates from a medical facility, consumable, and over all facility supposed to be for their patrons/consumers.
