Counter employees are very good. Upper management aren't very good. They like to do "Bait and Switch ". Which is illegal. So if you're interested in the flyers or proposed deals beware. Every deal comes with a disclaimer written in small print that allows Trulieve to change any or all deals. And this they do. It's too bad because the folks that work the floor are the ones that have to explain to customers why they're getting Baited and switched. Good employees shouldn't have to be left standing there trying to explain why Trulieve is not to be trusted.

Went to pick up order. Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through line. They said it's open rang the bell 4 times. Finally went in and asked if it was open the guy was like yeah sorry I just got there. Then took another 20 minutes to get my stuff. Please do better.

I absolutely adore this crew! It's fantastic to feel like part of the family. I genuinely love everyone there! I wanted to name you all, but you know, I came home and had a session and the only names coming to mind are Ryan and CG because I just saw them. Happy smoking! 😊

This place is awesome. They take care of getting your bud and Paola Lambert one of the workers make sure to take care of the customers the best way she can on the down low in or outside of Trulieve. There’s nothing she can’t do, if you know what I mean. If your married or single or it’s complicated it don’t matter, Paola is your girl she has no standards! Just ask for her on your next visit!
