Counter employees are very good. Upper management aren't very good. They like to do "Bait and Switch ". Which is illegal. So if you're interested in the flyers or proposed deals beware.
Every deal comes with a disclaimer written in small print that allows Trulieve to change any or all deals. And this they do. It's too bad because the folks that work the floor are the ones that have to explain to customers why they're getting
Baited and switched.
Good employees shouldn't have to be left standing there trying to explain why Trulieve is not to be trusted.
