I spend (literally) hundreds of dollars here a month. I’m a part of their “loyalty” program. Their program is just another way to get MORE $ out of you. Sold me the wrong product (their fault), would only exchange (even though they didn’t have what I originally wanted), cost me $5 for the exchange. I even asked if they could help me with the $5 b/c of how much I spend and the fact I didn’t even really want what they sold me… he said no. So…no discounts and bad loyalty program. Time to go back to Rock ‘n Roll It. They discount for regulars!

They are very knowledgeable about their products. The staff are great with a very comfortable atmosphere. This is the only place with great prices.
