I spend (literally) hundreds of dollars here a month. I’m a part of their “loyalty” program. Their program is just another way to get MORE $ out of you. Sold me the wrong product (their fault), would only exchange (even though they didn’t have what I originally wanted), cost me $5 for the exchange. I even asked if they could help me with the $5 b/c of how much I spend and the fact I didn’t even really want what they sold me… he said no.

So…no discounts and bad loyalty program. Time to go back to Rock ‘n Roll It. They discount for regulars!
