This used to be the only vape shop I would go to, prices and options decent. What kept me coming back was the staffs kindness and helpfulness. Today that was not the case, I needed to use the restroom really bad! I stopped here first because I knew they have a bathroom, but today the girl said it was out of order and I would have to go somewhere else. The tone she used and look she gave me was enough for me to turn around and walk out. I won't be coming back. As I said, the product offered and prices are not what kept me coming back. So not offering the working bathroom just lost them a loyal customer.

Was told by Christian to come in for an exchange of juice because they gave me the wrong one. Was then informed that I was confrontational and they would not sell me another vape juice simply for pointing out that there employee told me to come swap it. Spoke with manager, issue resolved.

Staff is knowledgeable and help me choose since it's been a while since I've been into a vape shop. No issues and was patient with me in helping me select the correct product. Well organized shop 👍

Jessica is so awesome and very helpful!! Kailey was a big help also! The ladies spoke on the phone with my regular shop back in Florida and was able to get my juice the way I needed it!! Service here is waaaay above expectation
