This used to be the only vape shop I would go to, prices and options decent. What kept me coming back was the staffs kindness and helpfulness. Today that was not the case, I needed to use the restroom really bad! I stopped here first because I knew they have a bathroom, but today the girl said it was out of order and I would have to go somewhere else. The tone she used and look she gave me was enough for me to turn around and walk out. I won't be coming back. As I said, the product offered and prices are not what kept me coming back. So not offering the working bathroom just lost them a loyal customer.

Was told by Christian to come in for an exchange of juice because they gave me the wrong one. Was then informed that I was confrontational and they would not sell me another vape juice simply for pointing out that there employee told me to come swap it.
