Renewal for my MM card was painless. I scheduled an appointment. The doctor contacted me 15 minutes before my virtual session was to begin. Since I used a doctor from the same practice, my renewal only took several minutes. The doctor was very polite, answered a few questions I had, and within minutes after we ended our call, I had an email with instructions on how to pay the invoice.
