Eric and Sal are the most knowledgeable and helpful workers I've met at any Wild Bills. If you're curious about any product talk to them. They can explain and help you find exactly what you're looking for without pressuring you into a selection you won't like. Eric and Sal want you to be happy about what you're buying. Anytime I have a question I go to them. I won't bother talking to anyone else about new products if they're not there. I'd rather wait until I see them working and get something I purchased before.

Sal... Excellent Customer Service is an understatement. As a COO of my company. I'm always looking for ways to improve in operations and how employees can best service our clients so when going to any establishment I base my patronage on the type of service I receive as a sticker when it comes to Great Customer Service. When I walked into this establishment it was a pleasant surprise to have a store that greets you with a smile. One employee deserves special recognition for not only providing "EXCELLENT" customer service, but to be very knowledgeable as well. Sal gave suggestions on other products; he was very personable and a model employee the type of employee any great company would be honored to have. Sal is definitely a jewel and needs to be recognized for his diligence in upholding the company in a great light. So much that I wanted to make sure I acknowledged it...
