I went into the store to purchase a hookah pipe. The owner was on the phone no one else was in the store but him and I. I was there for about 8 minutes and he still had not acknowledged me. I finally gestured to him to ask if there was anyone else that could help me. He shook his head no, walked over to where I was but never got off the phone and kept talking. He not once gestured to give him a minute or said anything to me. I was in the store just him and I a total of 13 minutes. I then just walked out. He made me feel like he didn't want me in his store or I didn't me as a potential new customer because I am a black lady. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't go back to his store if it was the only store in Grand Prairie and he was giving away items. Rude, prejudice, unprofessional, ignorant person/owner. smh.

The gentleman that I usually end up dealing with,here, is a really... truly...nice man. He's always very helpful and very personable. I had to move away due to work, but this is STILL the only place I will get my cigars from. I live about 4 hours away, now...but I am more than happy to make the trip, THAT'S how much respect I have for that gentleman. In fact, I might just have to make that trip tomorrow...

My first time coming here out of town and my boy Ahmad was phenomenal. He has great customer service and he stands on business. The compassion to greet his customers is something you do not see in this day to day life. Thank you Ahmad

The owner is very friendly and helpful! Not to mention, the selection is phenomenal. I walked out a more knowledgeable cigar enjoyer, and am very happy with my purchase!

Ten Stars and A+ all around! GREAT service. GREAT selection. GREAT Owner. Why would you go anywhere else? The disposable vapes I buy here last a long time and the selection is fantastic. I used to go to a place on Carrier - but she marks up the prices and doesn't have as good of a selection. This place is truly a gem. Stocked with everything you could ever want. Even a cigar room! Fair prices, legitimate products, good conversation - Supporting local businesses like this one is my pleasure.
