I went into the store to purchase a hookah pipe. The owner was on the phone no one else was in the store but him and I. I was there for about 8 minutes and he still had not acknowledged me. I finally gestured to him to ask if there was anyone else that could help me. He shook his head no, walked over to where I was but never got off the phone and kept talking. He not once gestured to give him a minute or said anything to me. I was in the store just him and I a total of 13 minutes. I then just walked out. He made me feel like he didn't want me in his store or I didn't me as a potential new customer because I am a black lady. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't go back to his store if it was the only store in Grand Prairie and he was giving away items. Rude, prejudice, unprofessional, ignorant person/owner. smh.

The gentleman that I usually end up dealing with,here, is a really... truly...nice man. He's always very helpful and very personable. I had to move away due to work, but this is STILL the only place I will get my cigars from. I live about 4 hours away, now...but I am more than happy to make the trip, THAT'S how much respect I have for that gentleman. In fact, I might just have to make that trip tomorrow...
