My original review was only one star, but after Nick received my message, he reached out to me immediately and not only refunded me, but also sent me a full package of the product I Purchased! Phenomenal service!! I will definitely visit again when I am in Louisville! Thanks Nick! Original review: Staff was great! Very knowledgeable. I bought a 6 pack product and only 4 were in the box. I called and left multiple messages and no return calls. I do not live in Louisville so not easy to just go back without being ensured they will make it right. Unfortunate

Cute little local spot for treats. The manager was great and even let me keep a handmade ornament on my way out! Definitely worth stopping in while visiting NuLu!

My original review was one star due to a disposable that I did not like/did not agree with me. Nick was able to give me a refund for the product no questions asked. He was also able to provide more information about the disposable by reaching out to the manufacturers to ensure that there was nothing inside the product that was harmful. A good business person is someone who takes the time to listen to reviews and what people have to say about their products. I believe Nick went above and beyond to make sure the situation was handled appropriately. Thanks again!
