Staff was great! Very knowledgeable. I bought a 6 pack product and only 4 were in the box. I called and left multiple messages and no return calls. I do not live in Louisville so not easy to just go back without being ensured they will make it right. Unfortunate

Cute little local spot for treats. The manager was great and even let me keep a handmade ornament on my way out! Definitely worth stopping in while visiting NuLu!
