Destiny assisted me on my first Visit. She is knowledgeable about the products, Courteous and welcoming. Positives: Clean organized with a good selection of product. The Granada Hills location is well staffed Private parking in the back. Negatives: Prices are higher by about 15-25% On the products that I have previously purchased from other locations within the last month. They charge a 5% fee for any purchase with a credit card. Which also requires that you do all of the submission for information through a text link, making the checkout process substantially longer and more expensive. They charge a Flat $3.50 fee or any debit card transactions. The private security guard that was working at the time when I attended was quite passive aggressive, making rude comments while checking in. Overall, If the owner would adjust his prices slightly or offer better discounts, I think that he would attract substantially more business. He has a decent supply of products And knowledgeable staff that are helpful and friendly.

Gilbert was amazing, he knew all the deals and he knew about the strains; what’s good and most popular. He was very patient even though I was a little indecisive because of all the options. He even mentioned what may still be there in a couple days so I could come back for more that I wanted since the cap is 28grams. I will definitely return for my 15%

I have been coming to GEC since they opened, and it quickly became a regular stop on my errand days. Melissa and staff are amazing! Very sweet and patient, well versed and able to share advice and suggestions based on your personal needs. I’m so happy to have GEC so close by! It has been an awesome addition to the community.
