Destiny assisted me on my first Visit. She is knowledgeable about the products, Courteous and welcoming.

Positives:
Clean organized with a good selection of product. The Granada Hills location is well staffed Private parking in the back.

Negatives:
Prices are higher by about 15-25% On the products that I have previously purchased from other locations within the last month.
They charge a 5% fee for any purchase with a credit card. Which also requires that you do all of the submission for information through a text link, making the checkout process substantially longer and more expensive.
They charge a Flat $3.50 fee or any debit card transactions.
The private security guard that was working at the time when I attended was quite passive aggressive, making rude comments while checking in.

Overall, If the owner would adjust his prices slightly or offer better discounts, I think that he would attract substantially more business. He has a decent supply of products And knowledgeable staff that are helpful and friendly.

Gilbert was amazing, he knew all the deals and he knew about the strains; what’s
good and most popular. He was very patient even though I was a little indecisive because of all the options. He even mentioned what may still be there in a couple days so I could come back for more that I wanted since the cap is 28grams. I will definitely return for my 15%
