Your store is nice enough, the employees are nice enough… Not well Run but gets the job done. Prices are good Were you receive an absolute one by not having a functional online service. This is embarrassing for 2026. You're doing this on purpose... dutchie is terrible. I have an account it won't let me login… I can't even see the password because it's behind the keyboard can't be fixed can't be moved doesn't have the eye button so I can see the characters I'm typing It's just kind of tiring how you the conglomerates just kind of took over the whole industry and then just make everything not functional when it was. I just really feel like me dropping my name and my phone number and a very simple online is good for both of us I worked at a dispensary once and at the end of the day we had to put some orders away. Not that big a deal if people don't show up… Way way better than just not letting people do it I've tried multiple times can't be done without logging into either Google or Apple… What if I don't have both of those what if I don't want to give it to you… It's just just embarrassing Please fix it

I usually have the best experiences at the dispensary. It’s my happy place. Today was something totally different, and I will never shop here again. First off there were like 2 people working. I waited 10 minutes to get checked in, then another 10 minutes to get waited on. No problem I was patient. The girl said thanks for your patience about 20 times. But when I approach the counter finally to be served she is rude. Not really wanting to answer my question about products so I ended up settling for one item and I was ready to go. My issue is for some reason the credit card machine would not take my payment, so at this point and 30 minutes later I’m annoyed, so I walk to the ATM which takes my card just fine 😡 and I proceed to pay with cash. The young lady gets snippy when I ask what’s the difference between the cc machine and the ATM. So when she finally hands me my bag she still has an attitude and I grabbed the bag from her hand. She then starts cussing and I started to cuss her out as well cause I was done at that point. I had to lose my religion and act accordingly. That is ridiculous …it’s to many dispensaries out here.

Trulieve on 19th Ave and Peoria has outstanding customer service. The gentleman at check-in was incredible — welcoming, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond. He made the entire experience smooth and honestly made my day. You don’t see service like that everywhere. Thank you to the team, and especially to him, for the kindness and care. I’ll definitely be back.

Loved this place, close to home, very friendly staff however my visit today lacked any type of customer service. I was #2 in line while I stood while customers ahead of me still deciding wth they wanted.....I get it! I worked in retail, plus we're potheads! Line was 5 deep , 10 minutes later, with an online order being called before me! Again,.I get it! Either u need extra help or have mgnmt step in to clear the lines! What good does it do to let all these ppl in if they're just gonna wait in a forever line to purchase! To add, instead of being apologetic for wait time by staff, I felt verbally attacked after waiting 10 + minutes and voicing my frustration by both staff members!

They do have great customer service here definitely!!. But the prices are ridiculously high for the poor quality of the product. I can't remember a time I was satisfied with what I paid and the product. . even with the big deals they have going on it's a steal Everytime. Jars is down the street and 100 percent better. $10 eighths. Story on Dunlap has 50 percent all month. Fresh products. Sorry trulieve.... Do better !!!

Devon and Jose best customer service ! I don’t normally visit dispensaries that often but they were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the best deals.

Been knowing about computers and technology I took a class at GCC!! I usually like this location and I always check the menu. Usually I Google Trulieve North Mtn and I can access the menu. Unfortunately due to the website update I presume, it took me to the Roosevelt Row location. Since I'm so used to going through Google I was initially confused about inventory. I'm intelligent so it wouldn't have taken me long to realize that auto location was set. Travis seemed to feel entitled to grabbing my phone while I tried to figure out the issue myself. He proceeded to assinuate I was dumb for not realing quicker autolocation was turned on, but I've been doing it my way since before today. I felt like Travis wanted to "assert" his masculinity and he didn't even tell me "autolocation" was on. He kept trying to redundantly reiterate instructions on how to navigate the website. The icing on the cake was when he told my husband, "He deserves a medal for dealing with me." Thanks Travis. That's why you told us at night, you get tempted to steal tips. Like the time a customer gave you 50, and you really wanted it for yourself. Maybe you do deserve your pay. Customers aren't dumb. You didn't state anything about auto location which I have prior knowledge of, you were more interested in asserting ur masculinity by your little comment. Trulieve pays like crap. I'm glad im a customer and not an employee. Employees like Travis can be petty and fake.

I'm a disabled army vet I have been going here for some time. Won't ever go again. I got treated like dirt and yelled at by 3 woman in my face. The woman working with the really long hair and kinda heavy well she ought to be fired for treating customers like that. All because I asked what the hold up was. I would've been fine with any answer like the army says, "hurry up and wait" I was just asking and I got belittled and harassed for what?

Extremely friendly atmosphere, bud tenders won't try to sell you on the most expensive stuff but rather what they have and truly suggest

Shelton and a few other staff members always good vibes very friendly and set the tone even when the line is long the vibes are great and no one ever seems stressed or overstimulated I look forward to coming here multiple times a week I really appreciate y’all. Much love!
