Great selection, and the staff are typically very pleasant, knowledgeable and warm. Popped in today, and the guy downstairs was diligently serving a couple. He served me once before when I visited in September. A master of his craft, and a pleasure to deal with. A female staff member offered to serve me upstairs, but proceeded to be jarringly unpleasant. I asked whether they had thc drinks upstairs, and whether the selection was the same upstairs. I was admonished and patronised for the question. Weird since I bought some at my last visit. The part that specifically was uncalled for was the tone, and the patronising repetition of various statements, such as: ‘We don’t have any thc drinks’ - this must have been repeated to me in an awful tone about four times, including when I showed a picture of the edibles I purchased last time, and the image also had the drink I purchased. Another specific example was my question about the range / selection upstairs before walking upstairs being met twice with ‘if what you want isn’t upstairs I will walk back down stairs and get it’. No one comes into a retail store to be spoken to with contempt, and palpable condescension. I’m chalking this up to the fact that everyone has a bad day at some point, but flagging it since it’s hard running a business, and reviews matter: the next person this lady speak to in this manner may be less understanding.

This place was very convenient for me easy commute. Everything was great , great prices , product was very affordable and good......as u can see my picture Im Bob Marley when it come to weed ...I even make art pieces with the Decorative bags I get..... Except for this Spanish woman Named Sarah ...who's not very pleasant to see me in the store .. always mean face bad attitude...not sure why...she sold me the weed in the picture...not what I expected for the price I paid ... Posted on the reviews. My knowledge on the weed stems . As a 28 year old weed chain smoker .... And was Banned 🚫 from the store ...for being Honest. Which To me seems like A red Flag 🚫 This woman was selling me her street garbage. And taking home my in-store weed I purchase . Swapping my product.....it's ok I have money can shop anywhere else ....I no longer smoke Due to all the K2 .. impersonating Real cannabis.......stay safe smoke clean .... Security Guards where very cool.......at entrance. Of shop very welcoming....bar is Great.....Drinks n smokes ....

Apex Noire is such a cool, "Hot Spot" easily accessible to downtown Boston. Maria was a great, enthusiastic Budtender, who was able to offer insight to some additional products, and made a successful "Upsell" that I am grateful for, and enjoyed❣️👍🏽 Looking forward to enjoying the RoofTop asap!

Friendly service and amazing prices! This small business has got style, knowledge, and such friendly service. The budtenders are knowledgeable and will cater and suggest to what ever product that your looking for. If you have time you should definitely go up to the rooftop bar and lounge! The drinks, vibe, and company is unique and one will never forget. The owner was very friendly, made sure that his guests were comfortable, and very polite. This was a great experience. This small business is what makes Boston so amazing. Highly recommend going to this establishment!

Extremely overpriced. Dispensaries are usually good priced but this is one of the more expensive ones. Not a great selection most of the time. And sometimes you can’t smoke the pre rolls because they are clogged. Batteries on vapes don’t last. I didn’t get good energy from the customer service upstairs either. They like to push out shake and shake isn’t what you want to sell to people. It’s not something you want to smoke.

Apex was chill! Which is always nice when visiting a dispensary. Got to see the different varieties of edibles. The staff was really helpful. I would come back here when traveling to Boston. It was pretty conveniently located as well.

First dispensary I've ever been to and it's amazing there. Not just their products but the owner and staff are so friendly. They helped me through the menu, hooked me up with a deal, and then invited us up to the rooftop for an appetizer brunch. I will certainly be back to Boston and Apex Noire!!

The space seemed chill and has the proper vibe of a boutique cannabis shop. My main piece of feedback is that if you have a sign for where a line starts, maybe dont take two customers that just walk up and start chatting with a budtender over the person waiting for 15 minutes. A little off putting especially with no sense of urgency or apology. The products are fine and do the trick, price for 2g disposable a bit elevated vs other stores but still quality. If you don't get questionable service, I'm sure you'll have a well enough experience. Will check out other options next time I'm in the city.

Five stars to Jay yet again great experience it was fun. Finally saw the bar at the top if you haven’t been there you’re missing out good music, nice views and good vibes. Nothing but peace and love up there. Met Tito and Justin they are cool. Did not ask bartenders name but he was an excellent mixologist crafting drink after drink.

They have the most amazing products with something for everyone & It's always refreshing to encounter knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service.
