This site's Vanuatu Kelai kava was recommended very highly by multiple people on Reddit stating this site's kava is of very high quality, so I decided to give it a try. Something I also want to note is how incredible the customer service on their website is (via chat). The response was instantaneous, and the representative literally spent 30 minutes patiently teaching me about kava preparation and benefits. I could tell his/her passion for their product, which gave me peace of mind as a first timer. It would not be an understatement to say it was some of the best customer service I have ever received, across any industry. I will be a repeat customer!

I found this business from a YouTube channel and thought I would give it a try. First off I have never tried their product before so I had questions. I have to say Zac was so helpful and answered all my questions so quickly. I realize that’s probably difficult to do with all the emails he gets but he was extremely helpful and when the product arrived I tried it and I am immediately going to buy more of it because it is so wonderful. Should you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out and ask. Also I wasn’t aware of it but consider the 15% subscription savings which they advised me about which I will definitely will do on this next order. Very high-quality product and you’ll be very happy. Zac offered incredible service after I ordered my first shipment from Art of Kava and it came damaged. He was super responsive and offered to send out a full replacement right away. He could have just blamed it on the postal service but he walked me through the process and got it replaced. Great customer service, and the Kava is top notch.

Their Vanuatu Kelai is the only kava that feels like comfort food meets calming buzz. As someone that doesn’t drink much, this has been a nice alternative and it helps me sleep very well too. The customer service here is also too notch- definitely recommend Art of Kava and stoked to be a returning customer :)

Excellent service, very fast response time, shipping is super fast as well. I don't know much about kava still, the owner took his time to part some of his knowledge to me. He narrowed down what I was after and made suggestions. I'm very pleased with the results! Also, I had a situation with one of my orders, and they went Above & Beyond, even though it wasn't his fault. I'm very satisfied with their service!
