POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Made a purchase & once home noticed an item was marked different than what it is listed as when you place the order & on my receipt. Called & explained & I was advised that I can come in to exchange for the correct item. Upon arrival, the manager stated he could not make an exchange, but he would give me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase & he would update the website to reflect the accurate description of the item. When he returned with the 20% off coupon, I advised him that he should ensure all employees who answer the phone doesn't provide inaccurate information because, like in my case, they may have very far to drive. He rudely stated "that's a conversation between me & him." So I said, from one leader to another I'm making a suggestion so this situation can be avoided in the future. He then proceeded to tell me how I'm not supposed to feel... really??? So, again, I repeated my advise & stated that as a customer I am giving him advice. He shrugged his shoulders, shook his head & said ok. I placed the 20% coupon back on the counter, said thank you & left because I will not patronize an establishment with such poor customer service, on various levels. I'll also be sure to promote this experience with others I know who shop here.

I’ve been here several times and everything is top-notch. I was treated wonderfully by all the staff and the experience was quick and hassle-free. The prices are higher than what I’m used to on the west coast but that’s standard at any store in Illinois and I got what I paid for, a high quality experience and high quality product. I will return to this store.
