They don't ask you if you want to use/get your rewards at the register. And they've raised there sprays and lotions to 18.95 when rewards are only good up to 16.95😕. And most of the other items are under 8.00 :/. Plus they discontinue the best scents and keep the stinky ones..

I placed and order yesterday for pick up. I wasn’t in a hurry to pick it up so I was just waiting to get the email that it was ready. 3 hours after placing the order I still hadn’t heard anything. So I called the location to check on it. When the representative answered the phone she was very bubbly and friendly as soon as I told her I was checking on a pick up order she got really annoyed and told me to hold. Then someone else came on the line with super nasty attitude said that order wasn’t ready. When I asked for an estimate of how much longer she said 2 hours. When my son got there they “couldn’t find” the order. It hadn’t even been started and it was 5 hours after the order was placed. And to make things worse when it was completed the check out person told my son, “ tell your mother next time she will get an email when the order is ready.” Said in a very passive aggressive nasty tone. Not that they care but I will never shop at this location again. There is no need to be so nasty to me or my child.
