What a wonderful experience I had with the Livonia, Better Health Store. I left the Novi store, upset due a complete rude employee, that sought out to help me, I did not ask her for help. Complained to the manager, left the store and will not return. Drove 20 minutes to this wonderful store. Jonah, greeted with a smile when I entered the store and immediately asked if there was anything I needed help with, extremely helpful. Jonah, explained how I was to take the supplements, showed me a few other supplements and explained the difference between them. Excellent example of customer service, friendly, polite, smiling, and answering questions and showing me what options I had. Thank you so much! I will be a repeat customer at your store.

I had a VERY disturbing interaction with an employee named Carrie in this store. I guess because of my RAVING review about Ms Reneee, Carrie got her feelings in a tizzy. Well, 🗣️GO STUDY MORE AND STOP SAYING, “I DON’T KNOW!” It is frustrating going into a store where a “key holder” only says I don’t know. Never ONCE going to their computer to TRY to look anything up! Talking about UNHELPFUL AND LAZY! Anywho, this location gets 1 star for Carrie and the GM Josh Forrester who never bothered to return my call after speaking with Todd and Nadia. 2 stars for Ms Renee because I REFUSE to give a total over 3 stars.

Because Carrie seems to be bothered by folks like me coming in and challenging her to do her job, I’ll keep coming as I have been for about EIGHT YEARS! Funny how now I’m a “problem” all due to my RAVING REVIEW ON MS RENEE. Well Carrie, DO BETTER! You may have been there for the last 11 years, but your KNOWLEDGE ON STORE ITEMS AND YOUR DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR!!! You look old enough to know better. So try to do better. ✌🏽

This is my store! They FINALLY have an employee that KNOWS THEIR STUFF! Go see Ms Renee! I went in with questions, and came out informed and had the products needed! I’m soooooo excited and hope she stays! Go see her! She’s GREAT!
