Beyond Hello Alexandria

The edibles are good, but the pickup experience is a very bad use of time and extremely frustrating. I consistently place orders online, get a notification that they’re “ready,” and then still end up waiting 20–30 minutes once I arrive. It’s annoying and honestly makes no sense — the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time. I don’t understand why this process is so inefficient, and it takes away from an otherwise good product.

During the winter storm of 2026 in Northern Virginia. I found myself in need of a supply run to the local dispensary. Low and behold my car was frozen in place by a mound of snow. Luckily, Beyond-Hello Alexandria's delivery driver, Ashley, rose above and beyond to get my order to me! Thank you so much!
