Really good vibes, the outside of the store looks suspicious but inside is great. The people were very friendly and answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable about all products. I have specific allergies and they were able to show me multiple products, that accommodated my dietary needs. Overall a good spot and recommend to stop by.

I hate writing this because I've been a loyal customer for a very long time, gave a ton of referrals, and tried to be supportive. I don't know what's changed within the past few months, but things are TERRIBLE now.
Today, I drove from one location to another because a product that I really liked was on clearance. It sucks that they're not carrying the product anymore, but that's pretty common for this franchise. I get there, and the employee didn't honor the pricing that the other employee told me so I ended up posting regular price. Plus, he was kinda snooty about it (and not very sympathetic to the fact I drove a long way to NOT get the reason I drove that distance).
There's WAY too many choices now to put up with that kind of terrible customer service. So I guess I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.
