Excellent customer service is why I came back and why I refuse to go ANYWHERE else. I never do Google reviews but this place deserves it. Prince is such a sweetheart, just a genuinely nice young man. Customer service has gone down the toilet but not at Cloud Smoke & Vape Shop. If you don't believe me.. GO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! lol You'll feel the same way. . I refuse to go ANYWHERE else!

This a a very nice shop, with a huge product line. The problem is the manager/owner Alex, is selling a product he refuses to stand behind. So if you have a problem with your vape the owner will blame you and then accuse you of being on other substances. He claims to sell a quality product but as I was standing talking to him, he took a phone call that was another customer letting him know the product they got was also not working. Again telling someone that he sells a good product and he can't replace it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DONT BUY PRODUCTS FROM SOMEONE THAT WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WONT GIVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE VAPES AND MERCHANDISE.

The shop is so neatly organized & very clean! The environment when you walk in is a whole vibe! Prince is extremely nice & professional & is always down to work out a deal. Never will I go to another vape store. This vape store is the best in the city with the best prices as well 🙏🏼
