If I could give zero stars I would this is the third time I've been to this tobacco shop unfortunately it's the only one in St Helens otherwise I wouldn't bother The woman that owns it runs it or whatever seems to be there every day that I've been in there no matter what day of the week it is is the rudest and most disrespectful and judgmental person I have ever met I think in any retail outfit of any kind if you don't have to go there don't go there ...........have her lose her business and have somebody else run it that can have a little bit more of a nicer attitude towards human beings. They have false advertisement on the building and seems that prices are always changing if you look a certain way I was going to be charged more than the sign on the building states that's unexcusable and unacceptable

The lady working here is ALWAYS on her A game. I have never felt ungreeted and welcome here. The customer service feels like what we used to commonly see, but rarely do any more. All the staff is the same. They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they carry to sell. More small shops could use this one as an example of excellent customer relations.

I work here on Fridays and Sundays and I just want to say that I LOVE MY CUSTOMERS! The couple that owns the store are fantastic employers, they are always there when I need them and they are very kind people. I was already a loyal customer before I started working here and now that I do, I love getting to know my customers and give them the best customer service I can, with a smile on my face and kind words for each and every customer. Thank you all for supporting our store! ❤️

I just love picking up my vape juices from here. The lady behind the counter is always kind and helpful. I walk with a smile and it is returned..It's amazing how much better your day goes with just a little compliment and understanding 😊
