Have only experienced the best service at this location all the folks here have been amazing and always help answer my questions and give the best recommendations

If I could give zero stars I would this is the third time I've been to this tobacco shop unfortunately it's the only one in St Helens otherwise I wouldn't bother The woman that owns it runs it or whatever seems to be there every day that I've been in there no matter what day of the week it is is the rudest and most disrespectful and judgmental person I have ever met I think in any retail outfit of any kind if you don't have to go there don't go there ...........have her lose her business and have somebody else run it that can have a little bit more of a nicer attitude towards human beings. They have false advertisement on the building and seems that prices are always changing if you look a certain way I was going to be charged more than the sign on the building states that's unexcusable and unacceptable
