So today I logged into my online account to place an order: I was browsing around and came across my “benefits” . Apparently I had a $10 birthday reward that I knew absolutely nothing about so I call the store and the guy tells me that they typically send out an email 2 days prior to your birthday to inform you of your birthday reward. I searched “Curaleaf” in my email and reviewed all of the emails 2 days prior to my email and none of them mentioned the $10 reward. So he tells me “if you didn’t receive the email you can come in and verify it was your birthday and we can redeem the $10 in store.” So I mentioned my birthday was July 7th and he retracts his statement and says “oh you can no longer use it because that was “so long ago” . But how is that fair if I never knew about my reward? So you all give me a reward for my birthday, you don’t tell me about it and I’m supposed to just find out about it out of thin air and then once I call to inquire about it “I can no longer use it”

Great atmosphere with a good vibe, and good music. Staff was phenomenal all the way around, but the lady who helped me is a freaking Rockstar! Wish i had caught her name! If your in Vegas, and looking for a dispensary this one is a great choice. Prices were fair, and the deals they throw in are always Fabulous

love the deals, nice people, but i have had the same complaint for a couple years now. They need to stop advertising whole flower when it is popcorn. Countless times I would order whole flower, just to be given popcorn and it's not like I can go back in especially when it's delivery or curbside pickup. Other than that, great.

I actually went in November of last year "23!" And had the best experience there. The young ladies were super friendly and well as the security. She was very on point with her recommendations. I can't wait to go back.
