So today I logged into my online account to place an order: I was browsing around and came across my “benefits” . Apparently I had a $10 birthday reward that I knew absolutely nothing about so I call the store and the guy tells me that they typically send out an email 2 days prior to your birthday to inform you of your birthday reward. I searched “Curaleaf” in my email and reviewed all of the emails 2 days prior to my email and none of them mentioned the $10 reward.
So he tells me “if you didn’t receive the email you can come in and verify it was your birthday and we can redeem the $10 in store.” So I mentioned my birthday was July 7th and he retracts his statement and says “oh you can no longer use it because that was “so long ago” . But how is that fair if I never knew about my reward? So you all give me a reward for my birthday, you don’t tell me about it and I’m supposed to just find out about it out of thin air and then once I call to inquire about it “I can no longer use it”
