Bought a bottle of juice that was not the store brand that popped its lid the 1st time I used it. Lost all the contents on the counter. All over the counter, cloths, floor, etc. a total freakin mess.
So I went back to store and the little
Guy with dog told me since it’s not their brand, too bad, no refund. lol.i told him nicely you owe me a replacement, it’s defected. He told me this happens rarely. Again …what?Please replace this for me. Nope! What? So if I buy a hungry man frozen dinner at fry’s and it’s bad, I have to get a hold of Swanson for a refund? Or a used car where its engine freezes the next day. Too bad sir! That’s ur car. Hahaha. Sucker!! Are you kidding me? lol. I told him over $20 and ur gonna lose me. He told me “that ain’t fair” lol times 1000.
I’ve spent THOUSANDS here since Chris owned it. Probably one of the best customers this buildings ever had. You guys are horrid if that’s your policy. My money goes elsewhere.

Bring back defective product? Am I child whose word and PICTURES weren’t enough? The entire contents was on me, floor and counter. When I showed him the picture, that wasn’t enough? I’m taking you to the BBB. Yep, over $25 and ur idiotic policies. You’re not taking advantage of me because you’re a small business and couldn’t care less.

I would just like to take a minute and give a huge thanks and props to Chris that works at both avondale and surprise locations. My patronage at this business pre- dates the current owners. When they bought the business I continued to come because I'm loyal. That said, now I really continue to come because of that guy Chris. He is so helpful, kind, friendly and is just real. Chris, if you're reading this, THANK YOU!!!! I hope they know how valuable you are to their business.
