False Promise from Employee - No Return Honored at GoGo Smoke Shop

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at GoGo Smoke Shop. An employee assured me that I could return an item if it didn't fit my needs, but when I tried to return it, they refused! The employee's promise was essentially worthless.
The item was purchased in good faith, relying on the employee's assurance, but the store refused to stand behind their employee's word. This lack of accountability and inconsistent policy enforcement is unacceptable. I was left feeling misled and disrespected.
Until GoGo Smoke Shop takes responsibility for their employees' actions and honors their promises, I'll be taking my business (and my trust) elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Amazing staff! So relaxing too! Great varieties of anything you can want! BEST STAFF EVER! Kind, patient, knowledgeable, they know everything about all the products. A million stars ❤️
