This place is a must visit. The guy at the front I forgot his name but he checks you’re I.D. He was very welcoming and gave us all the heads up on the deals. The ladies at the registers were helping every customer and were also pushing out the good deals Haven has to offer. Don’t forget to download the app for their reward system ! I hope one day I can revisit !

On December 13, 2026, I placed a mobile order for a bundle deal and some accessories. I had a time slot to pick up my items and went to the store to pay. As I was leaving, I realized I was missing one item. I called the store to inquire about the situation. The store associate invited me in to rectify the issue.

I was considering going back to the store because I was already across town, but I decided to return. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the staff, but the manager was extremely intoxicated. He informed me that the item was out of stock and that their shipment would arrive sometime this week. He also stated that I hadn’t paid for the item, so they could only refund me or offer me an alternative purchase that would cost me more.

However, I noticed that the store’s website FAQ section stated that Haven believes in transparency and providing excellent customer experiences. I had ordered the item online, and nowhere on the website did it mention that it was out of stock. When I went into the store, the associate didn’t inform me that the item was unavailable. I called Haven immediately after realizing I was missing an item, and they didn’t mention it was out of stock either. It wasn’t until I returned to pick up the missing item that they informed me of its unavailability.

This lack of transparency and the unhelpful manager’s behavior left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.
